Terms of Service
The size of the stone is measured at the biggest/longest/highest corners and given in the description of the crystal. Other measurements may also be given of the jewelry.
All our products origin from Finland, mainly from the Norther part of Finland, i.e. Lapland. The origin of each stone/crystal is mentioned in the description of the crystal or crystal jewelry. We offer crystals that are mined ONLY in an ethical and ecological way. In addition, there is absolutely NO coloring or heat treatment of the stones, we offer them only in their pure and natural form - raw or polished (tumbled).
Please handle the stones, crystals and/or jewelry with care. Especially the stones may break easily if you drop them on the floor or hit them on hard surface. If you need to clean the stones/crystals/jewelry, wash them with lukewarm or cold water.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Once you have made your order in Giitu.love online shop, you will receive confirmation e-mail with following information: price of the order, ordered products, shipping costs and delivery address. In order to be able to send you confirmation email we need your email address that you are asked during shopping process. We need your phone number so that you can receive the information when your order is ready for pick up at the mail carrier.
COST FOR SHIPPING
Costs for shipping is 5,90€ within Finland for each order (may contain several products to same address). Orders to Finland are automatically shipped with a tracking code.
For international orders outside Finland you may choose standard shipping without tracking code or with tracking code included. Please proceed with your order to checkout to get the calculation of shipping to your address.
However, you can let us know before ordering to which country (outside Finland) you would like the shipping and we will check for you possible cheaper shipping options! You can email us at email@example.com. Thank you!
- We sell goods to legal age private persons and companies in Finland and selected countries in Europe and rest of the World.
- Orders are processed mostly within 1-3 business days of paid order. However, during holidays processing time can be longer.
- If shipment is faulty or products are wrong, please contact us immediately and without hesitation via email, firstname.lastname@example.org and no later than 14 days or receiving.
- We are not responsible for items lost in shipping, however you will receive a tracking code for your item(s), when shipped to Finland, and to a selection of other European Union countries, please ask in advance if tracking code is available for Your country. Please note, we can not offer tracking codes to all parcels. Please make sure you type your correct contact information and address when you place your order.
Estimated delivery times:
In addition to processing times, count for an other 1-3 business days shipping in Nordic Countries, 3-7 business days in rest of Europe and and approximately 7-14 business days for non-European countries. Holiday seasons may cause delays in the delivery, due to high number of parcels handled by domestic and international mailing services.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Please note, that no Import duties nor Import taxes are included in the item price nor in the international shipping fee. You are solely responsible for covering these charges, as they will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. However, when we sell to European Union our product prices includes VAT 24%. Make sure you are aware of your destination's import duty, custom fees and local sales taxes as well as possible rules and regulations for importing foreign goods prior to ordering. No shipping fees are refundable.
RETURNS & REFUND
We truly hope you will love your Giitu.love product(s). However, if you for some reason got the sizing wrong or wish to exchange or return your purchase, this is possible, when done within 14 days of receiving the order.
For us to accept returns or exchanges, please note the item(s) must be unused, unworn, clean and unscratched. Possible labels and tags must be attached.
When starting an exchange or return, make sure to provide us: your name, contact details (address, e-mail, phone number), copy of the order confirmation (submitted via e-mail). Refund will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange or return items. Please note, that shipping fees are not refundable.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns & exchanges. The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging (pro tip: using the original packaging is both sustainable & cost efficient).
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so please make sure you have verified the information and our address details before sending the items back to us.

RETURNS & REFUND for other than physical products:
Our digital items, retreats, workshops, events and meetings are all non-refundable. Once payment is made it is non-refundable due to any reason. If retreats, workshops, events and meetings are cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund of your purchase. //
